For all public tours – the full payment is required to confirm your booking. This is to minimise cancellation policy and ensure we have adequate time to put together an amazing itinerary for you. Please note, ahead of time we sometimes have to pay for reservations, in which case subject to the below, this cost will be non-refundable.
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy for all our public tours. A 100% refund of the ticket price (minus booking fee) will be issued if the tour is cancelled prior to 48 hours of it running. If you cancel within 48 hours of the tour this results in no refund.
Age Policy
Due to the nature of the Wine tours, all public tour participants must be over 18 years of age by the time of the tour. However on private tours where the child is accompanied by an adult is fine. It is illegal for participants under the age of 18 to consume alcohol in Australia.
Deposit & Payment Terms
For private charters and corporate packages we require an initial deposit of 20% to secure your preferred day. Payment method will then be advised once the tours itinerary has been drawn up. If the date is very close, a 50% deposit may be necessary to reserve the date during busy periods
The private charters and corporate packages deposit will not be refunded for cancellations of private tours – however this can be used as a credit towards another tour during the following 12 months from the prospective ‘booking’. There may be costs incurred for the bookings and reservations we make at venues if you cancel. This will be dependent on what we have booked, so please be aware that this portion is non-returnable.
For private tours and corporate packages we have a 7 day cancellation policy and 50% refund – Plus, you can use the ‘initial booking deposit’ towards a tour in the near future. Cancellation within 48 hours of the tour results in no refund including the initial deposit.
Limousine Wine Tours has the right to refuse entry onto the tour for guests who are either overly-intoxicated, or guests who are behaving in an manner that puts the reputation of venues and our business at risk. Venues also have the authority to refuse entry. If you are refused there are no refunds.
A cleaning bill may be sent to the organiser of a tour IF there has been an adequate reason to do so. E.g. if the customer is sick in our Limousines due to intoxication.
Limousine Wine Tours have the right to cancel any public tours that have insufficient bookings or are unable to run. In this case, we’ll provide a full refund of the ticket price.
Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are non refundable and expire exactly 2 (two) years after the date of issue.
Vehicle Damage
The cost for any damage to any of Limousine Wine Tours vehicles or limousines or 3rd party outsourced vehicles where necessary will lie solely with the individual who made payment for the tour. If an agreement can’t be made between parties, then further action will be taken possibly including legal action.
Vehicle Breakdown
In the extremely rare event of a vehicle breakdown, we will endeavour to get a replacement vehicle sent out as fast as we can. If this is not possible for whatever reason, we will fairly compensate all passengers for the day. g
Media Usage
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all passengers agree to the use and marketing of all video and still images captured by us and our drivers / hosts whilst on tour.
These videos and still images may be used on social media platforms, online video platforms as well as any other promotional material developed by the business including banners, flyers, or other marketing material that the business develops for its advertising and promotional strategies. You may opt-out by letting us know in advance of your tour, or on the day of your tour.
