We’ve been touring the Valley since 1996 and all our driver/guides have been to these breweries and distilleries a ton of times and have local knowledge.

Boys day out tour itinerary

Strictly no wine tastings here, it’s straight to the heavy stuff with gin tastings at 4 Pillars, then lunch at Tramonto Kitchen and Bar, for a Wagyu Beef burger or beer Battered fish and Chips have been big hits amongst the boys. After lunch, cidars and beer are the focus of the afternoon. You’ll love it!

Stop #1 - Four Pillars Gin

Four Pillars has a focus on gin. But great gin doesn’t just make itself. The focus is on the craft of distilling. With five different gins, multiple gold medals at international spirits competitions and now a brand new distillery operation and tasting bar, this is a winner.

Stop #2 - Napolean Cider

Napoleone Cider which has gone on to win a slew of awards including Best Cider in 2014 for their Pear Methode Traditionalle Cider. Being passionate, small batch producers, the Napoleone’s attention then shifted to craft beer and 2014 saw the birth of Napoleone Brewers.

Optional Stop #3 - Alchemy Distillers

Go on a guided journey and discover award-winning gins, vodkas and whisky, and their unique approach to distillation. Home of Australia’s Champion Vodka, Gold Medal Chamomile Gin and their much anticipated Single Malt Whisky.

Stop #4 - Coldstream Brewery

Home of the Shivering Man, consisting of four beers and two ciders by the paddle all hand-crafted. A line-up sure to leave an impression.

Lunch Stop - Tramonto Kitchen and Bar

Smash your lunchtime hunger with a choice of a main and a glass of beer. Real boys mains, from a Wagyu Beef Burger with brioche, mustard, pickles, crisp leaves, tomato and cheese. or smash down their New Orleans Deep Fried Buttermilk Chicken with slaw, kewpie and hot sauce. But the Beer Battered Fish and Chips with house made tartare is the most popular. Perfect feed for every man.
